1UV LEGAL NEWS: On April 2, 2025 Commissioner Christine Copeland of the Superior Court of California, County of Santa Clara issued judgment on the small claims case I brought against my former landlord(s): Big Bear Basin LLC. (Richard Kocher), GSGT5THBASIN LLC. (Greg Tyler), and Intempus Parent Company Inc. (Michael Khesin). The defendants have been ordered to pay 1UV (the plaintiff) a total of $7,584.83.
I am grateful to have had my day in court and have received my check.
