Today when I arrived at 1UV Gallery Studio there was a message from a person who did not identify herself by name but left her number and her number was on my caller ID. In her message she informed me that she did not like something in my magazine and that she and her husband would "not set foot" in my gallery. I called her back and she answered her phone. I recognized her voice and asked with whom I was speaking. She identified herself as Sheila Usha. The number on my caller ID came up belonging to Shawn Usha. I informed Sheila it was fine if she didn't want to visit and that it was my right to reserve the right to refuse service to anyone and that she was not welcome in my business. She threatened me and called me a bitch and started yelling so I hung up the phone. She then called me back and said that she was going to "be polite". I told her it wasn't necessary because I did not want her to call again and further attempts to contact me either by her or a third party would be considered harassment. She continued to yell at me. I hung up. I looked up her husband online and found his work. I sent him a message explaining that I had spoken to his wife and she was not welcome at my business and further contact would be documented for use to get a restraining order. I then called his number and left a message stating the same. I then reported the fact that I reserved my right to refuse service to Sheila Usha to the County Sheriff. I spoke with Deputy Garcia (badge #2259). The incident number I received for the event is: 2414401825.
