MORE ABOUT THE IN PROGRESS WORK:
DARK ART DARK CRAFT — Claiming The Woman In The Shadows

THE WOMAN I BECOME
Every time I pen the salutation
Is an effort to reach you
From here in the shadows
Where I sit
Just me and old Sophia
Praying you gain gnosis
I call you Dear
But it is only a formality
What I wish to call you less polite
But I write with Loving kindness
Hoping your heart will open
Instead of my sacral plexus at your whim
Here in this private space
Cloaked from your shaming gaze I write
Sophia proof reads sometimes
And when you finally read my lines
The pull is strong
I can not resist
Your heart remains closed
Even as your third eye is wide
Wide as the ocean of my hips
Here in the shadows
Just me and Sophia with her Pistis
And we wonder if you will ever see
Me in the shadows with my heart bloody
Having called you Dear with compassion
Instead of what I really call you
Will that unblinking eye of yours ever see as His
When I pick up my pen
The woman I become
And you never even bother to write back
