Child Free Me Women’s Mixer is held half an hour after Artist Critique Circle on the first Saturday after the first Friday of the month from 5PM to 7PM at 1UV Gallery Studio. This event costs $20 at the door or 1 Event Pass star or online registration (here). Are you a child-free biological woman over 30? If so, you know all about the rude questions from strangers. No one asks men such things and everywhere you look there's a Mommy-centric exclusionary this or that you aren't invited to unless you want to listen to other women go on about their kids and how they are too busy to do anything. You know what it's like to be expected to pay extra because you "don't have children to pay for", or volunteer to help other women with their children, work extra hours because a Mommy can't pull her weight at work…
